Iran is one of the few countries in the world that will remain immune from a worldwide financial downturn, despite having economic problems of its own. Al Jazeera’s Alireza Ronaghi reports from Tehran where the people are shielding from the global economic crisis.

I din’t know that Iran was such an economic miracle. 200.000 Iranians leave each year to escape the immense luxury of living in Iran. Thousands of internationals students go there to learn the secret of Islamic economics. I plan on taking a course in Mullah Micro-Mangement of Anit-Americanism protest and International Marketing of “Death to America” chanting.

I’m not mucking it. It is an absolute bullshit piece. Iran has no free markets and is run by ignorant mullahs. The fact is the Iranian people are absolutely poor. Do you deny this? Iran is sadly located in the middle east the most backwards region in the world after Africa. If Iran could locate itself just north of the US, it would fly off the map in a second.
