Hay I got an Idea. How About the people, us, for the people by the people. Let’s put together a Civilian task force, and give them the police powers to investigate any and all government agency. They would be adle to look at any records even if it was or is classified top secret. And arrest for high treason any government employee that breaks there oath to defend and support the Constitution. Even if they are a President of theys United States. Because they would be traitors.
Put tariffs on all imported goods like we used to.

@AlterEgoTrip I agree with you in principle, vut after a few years of “organic” gardening, I went out and bought bug spray. Some people just dont have green thumbs. But I never used anything on my “herbs”

@sabrinacle If you spray your plants with soapy water it repels the bugs and is not so poison that you can not wash it off. People did grow gardens before chemical companies. I just use dishsoap in a spray bottle.

I beg to differ when it comes to Ghandhi defeating the British Empire by just boycotting their goods. British left India also because they were weakened by fighting the Axis, primarily the Germans. It did not have enough man power and materials to sustain a foothold against the rising rebellion in India. But another thing that later mad the British leave was a contract with Indians, that if they help them fight the Axis, they will leave.

the usa cirtainly make good quality items , im English and when you buy buy usa made goods you know your buying a guarantee of quality . England used to be like that but sadly no longer because we have to compete with sweat shops and cheap labour abroad . Britain has no industry and i can see America is been modeled on the same . when we depend on other countries for our products eventually those countries can hold us to ransom . skilled knowledge will be lost .

There is this woman who is on MSNBC’s Morning Joe at least once a week, I can’t remember her name, but she’s not particularly pretty, has brunette color hair, weighs about 105 pounds. All she talks about is the benefits of NAFTA, of going offshore, of a service economy. The Mayor of Elkhard Indiana said she spends too much time in a classroom, and she didn’t have a damn thing to say to rebuff him. He knew reality, she only knew what she was paid by the corporations to say and argue about.
It’s funny how the same 2 idiots watched the whole 7 part interview giving it a thumbs down!!
