There is no stopping the corporate control of our nation; it has had a hold on us too long for it to be reversed…peacefully. But as history shows, there inevitably will come the time of revolution and extraordinary events that cause complete revamping of governmental affairs. And the longer the time period is between the present and the most recent uprising, the more severe the next one will be.

Cenk I did my dissertation on CEO remuneration so if you want to actually get the facts drop me a message. Bonuses are good so long as the performance based criteria is tied to shareholders objectives. They should base bonuses on Total shareholder returns and not EPS (Earnings Per Share) targets. Owned

Cenk, you should seriously consider becoming a Libertarian.
The only shareholders that can affect a CEO’s pay are those who hold voting stock. The stock you buy for your IRA or 401k are NOT voting stock, so you don’t have a say about what they get paid. I don’t agree with cenk on his views on this, but I need to gather more info before I make a decision about it. considering what Obama did to attack the CEO’s pay (ie., instigating violent protests it the homes and businesses of said COE’s) I’m thinking Cenk is wrong here.
