This is the best and last option for anyone currently or anticipating having to pursue some sort of home loan modification or short sale. Wish i would have had it before i got my bogust modification, it would have provided me proper information to negotiate a better mod or support me in sbsequent legal actions. Bottom line…know what you can do before you decide what to do.
