The hospital’s acting director Dr. Aly Omar says the hospital requested 2.1 billion shillings from treasury in the last financial budget but to date the hospital has only received 1.2 billion, creating a huge shortfall. This came after Eldoret North William Ruto and a group of MPs paid an impromptu visit at the hospital.
